All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Standard shipping (depending on the weight of your shipment this would mean First Class or Media Mail) is $5, Priority shipping (which takes 2-3 business days within the continental U.S.) is $7.50.

International shipping
We gladly ship to foreign countries. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail and are $15, regardless of weight and destination. The recipient is responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties or import fees that may apply. We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information on duties and taxes.

Tracking your order
Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.  For domestic orders you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your order online at (sorry, the USPS does not allow the tracking of international Priority Mail shipments). You can also call our customer service number at 877-385-8474 or send an email to, and a DVJ Vision representative will be happy to assist you with your order.

Changing or Canceling orders
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately call our customer service toll free number: 877-385-8474 or send an email to If your order has already been shipped, simply return the shipment and we will refund the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs are not refundable.

Return policy
We accept returns for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase on all items except DVDs. Simply contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number prior to return shipping. If the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped by DVJ Vision, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an unwanted item you will be responsible for shipping charges (each way). Items in NEW condition will be refunded 100% (with the original and undamaged packaging including papers and plastic wraps). If the item is not received in resalable conditions (i.e. open boxes, product damaged, writing on the box other than shipping label, missing accessories or papers,…), we will impose a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 75% with a minimum of $5 depending on the condition of the item we receive. Items sent without RMA numbers or more than 30 days after purchase will be automatically subject to a restocking fee of 30% with a minimum of $15. Note that this restocking fee may be higher if the item is not in perfect resalable condition. If a product is defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
